 2015 SIDEWAYS GROUP 5 N. AMERICA CHAMPIONSHIP

QUALIFYING RACERS 

Qualifiers from these regional events advance to the 2015 National Finals at GTSLOTS in Philadelphia.  Previous winners of National Finals of any GTSLOTS manufacture class are exempt for 5 years from the need to qualify for finals in any manufacturer's class.  The following past National Finals champions are exempt for period noted from the need to qualify to advance to the North America Championships in ANY GTSLOTS sanctioned manufacturer's final, although they can still participate in qualifying races:

Sam Barbose, Jr. (Racer Resin 2010), exempt through 2015
Dave Davis (Racer Resin 2013), exempt through 2018
Robert Holt (NSR Classic 2009; Sideways DP 2009, 2010, 2013), exempt through 2018
Phil Pilong, Jr. (SCX 2009, 2010), exempt through 2015
Joseph Rosales (Scalextric T/A 2012, Monogram Grand Nat. 2012), exempt through 2017

In GTSLOTS sanctioned regional races where one or more of the above racers participates, if they finish in the top 4, the next place finisher in line will qualify for the National Finals for that manufacturer's class.
